Hi! I’m Kimberly
YOUR OVERNIGHT DOULA
I trained with DONA International as a birth doula and later cross-certified with ProDoula, where I earned certifications as a postpartum doula and childbirth educator. I am also a BEST Doula Certified Placenta Specialist.
These trainings have shaped my approach, but I don’t come with a fixed philosophy—I believe your parenting approach is the one that really matters. My role is to meet you where you are, follow your lead, and offer steady, respectful support through each unique night.

You’re the expert on your baby;
I’m simply here to make things a little easier while you find your rhythm.
More About Me
If I weren’t a doula, I’d be doing missionary-style work wherever I could — serving people in practical, hands-on ways. That’s really the heart of what drives me: showing up, offering support, and trying (in my own way) to save the world, one family at a time.
I currently live in Winston-Salem with my husband, our kids, and our dog Arlo.
I’m from the mountains, but I’m likely the only person you’ll meet from Asheville who dislikes hiking and camping.
I’m an avid true-crime listener, often queuing up a podcast on my drive to your home.
I'm currently completing my Bachelor's in Social Work at Appalachian State University, with future plans to work with pregnancy and postpartum families in some capacity — continuing my commitment to showing up where care is most needed.
